PAYMENT
1. Payment can be made through cash deposit or online banking to our Maybank and Public Bank account. COD arrangements will be made through email.
2. Customers have 3 days to make payment before the item is released for sale again.
3. Upon the transfer of payment, kindly provide us the details of your payment through email.After receiving payment, the items will be posted out on the next available delivery date which will be announced. We will notify you through email.
4. The confirmation email will contain bank details and for those who chose COD, we will arrange the time and place to meet up. no charges will be applied for COD around ampang area, setapak area and Tar college setapak. further charges will be applied in accordance
to places. RM7 will be charged for postage services in east malaysia and rm12 for west malaysia. free postage will be given for purchase of more than one item.
5. Customers are required to make a full payment before we send out the order even if we're meeting up for cod. This is to prevent back-out customers.
6. Your order shall be processed and a confirmation of your order shall be sent out within 24 hours. If we fail to send you a confirmation, please send us another email.

DELIVERY METHODS
1. Upon receipt of payment, the items will ordered on the next day and customers will have to wait for at least 3 weeks till item(s) can be delivered.
2. We normally use POS MALAYSIA and will notify you through email the AWB no. of your parcel.

6. We will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by postage service.
7. Priority will be given to those who can deliver full payment immediately.
8. no cancellation or change of item will be allowed once order os confirmed.
